Suspect who left without paying by saying 'I am a gendarme' caught by JASAT in Antalya

In the tourist district of Alanya, Antalya, a suspect who attempted to defraud the cash register of a business was caught in a short time as a result of the moves they initiated. As a result of detailed examinations and investigations, it was determined that the person who created a fake identity by saying 'I am a gendarme' and attempted fraud was M.S.A. During this process, the teams conducted a comprehensive analysis to identify the suspect.

With the operation organized based on the determined address and information, the suspect M.S.A. was caught red-handed by the gendarmerie teams and taken into custody. After the operation was successfully concluded, legal proceedings were initiated against the suspect. Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, M.S.A. was charged with 'fraud by unlawfully taking on a public duty'. These charges include the person appearing to be authorized, abusing public trust, and trying to make financial gains.
