Rich Lawyer Caught Spying on Naked Women in Arizona

The lawyer, who insisted on his defense, chose to represent himself in court. However, details that emerged during the hearing revealed that the suspect had faced similar charges in the past. The judge and the prosecution stated that the individual in question had a prior record regarding such matters and believed his actions were not coincidental.

In the later stages of the hearing, it was revealed that he was arrested for the same crime in 2009, further complicating the case. Confronted with this past incident, DiBenedetto developed a new defense strategy and tried to convince the jury. According to his own statement, he claimed that at the time, he was working on a divorce case and was following his client's spouse. Arguing that his client did not have the financial means to hire a private detective, the lawyer claimed he was forced to follow the woman himself. The opposing party, however, argued that this explanation was merely a fabricated excuse made up to avoid punishment. In his court statement, the suspect tried to justify himself by stating, "Yes, I did follow his spouse, but this has no direct relevance to the current case."

The local police department is continuing to deepen its investigation, focusing on the possibility that these incidents might not be isolated and that there could be more victims.
