Specialist Sergeant Yalçın Çolak, who was on leave, lost his life in a traffic accident

In a tragic traffic accident that occurred in the Çaputluçam Küme Evleri area of Kakkalan Mahallesi, Bozdoğan district, Aydın, Turkish Armed Forces personnel Specialist Sergeant Yalçın Çolak lost his life. The young officer, who was only 32 years old, had returned to his hometown on leave from his assigned unit and was involved in a motorcycle accident. The incident, which occurred during the daytime local hours, caused great sorrow among the local residents. The accident, which took place at a dangerous point in terms of traffic safety, immediately came to the agenda as officials and first response teams were quickly directed to the area.

During the accident, the motorcycle driven by Yalçın Çolak collided violently with a car coming from the opposite direction. As a result of the collision, the young specialist sergeant, who was the motorcycle driver, was thrown onto the road due to the impact of the vehicle's strike. For hospital and morgue procedures after the accident, the body of the young soldier was sent to the relevant institutions to be examined and for the legal processes to be completed.

In accordance with the latest information received, it was confirmed that the person who lost his life in the accident served in the Turkish Armed Forces with the rank of specialist sergeant. It is known that Yalçın Çolak, who is one of the valuable members of the army and his colleagues, had a sense of duty close to the position of martyrdom and was devotedly attached to his military service.
