The company attributes this record to its young, fuel-efficient fleet, with 75% consisting of new-generation Airbus A320neo family aircraft, and the use of over 27,000 tonnes of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). While the airline plans to increase SAF usage and invest in innovative technologies, it acknowledged that limited SAF availability and high costs constrain the pace of aviation decarbonisation, making operational efficiency key.
