Forest Fire Breaks Out on Greece's Eğriboz (Evia) Island Due to Lightning Strike

A forest fire that broke out on Greece's Eğriboz (Evia) island has triggered a large-scale alarm for local fire crews. According to information obtained, the fire started in a forested area within the boundaries of Makrikapa village. Officials stated that the main factor behind the outbreak of the fire was a lightning strike that occurred during adverse weather conditions.
