Murder committed 12 years ago solved with a drop of blood on the jacket

The murder of Gültekin Yıldırım, committed 12 years ago in Istanbul's Bayrampaşa, was solved thanks to advancing DNA technology.

A drop of blood remaining on the victim's jacket on the day of the incident became the most crucial piece of evidence to reveal the perpetrator years later.
