Woman who warned Rottweiler owners beaten with a stick

According to Bulgarian sources, the incident occurred after a woman warned the owners of a Rottweiler that had broken free from its leash.

In response to the woman's reaction, the dog owners attacked her, striking her from behind with a stick.
