Fire breaks out on ship hit off the coast of Romania in the Black Sea

The first images have emerged after a ship was hit off Sulina, located outside the territorial waters of Romania in the Black Sea.

In the exclusive footage, the size of the flames on the ship and the lifeboats used during the crew's rescue are clearly visible.
