Poland's Forests Gain New Funding Source for Nature Conservation

The Council of Ministers of Poland has accepted a bill aimed at providing a new and continuous source of funding for nature conservation efforts.

According to the bill, a portion of the revenues obtained from timber sales by the State Forests will be transferred to the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management.
