Deposit system launched: Prices of plastic bottled water and soda increased

Making an official statement regarding the scope of the deposit system, its operational transparency, and pricing policies is of great importance. Otherwise, a vital and strategic environmental project like recycling risks being remembered merely as a case of price gouging. Consumers emphasize that a lack of regulation leads to opportunism and that the ministry must take the initiative to establish a fair market order.
