En Yakıt has launched a high-tech premium charging network project aimed at bringing the electric vehicle charging experience in Türkiye to a new standard. With its superior service vision and advanced infrastructure, the company promises drivers unparalleled comfort. These new-era facilities not only offer fast charging capabilities but are also designed as living spaces where travelers can rest. This vision is being realized step by step with stations initially opened at Karbey Dinlenme Tesisleri on the Edirne Otoyolu, serving both directions. The speed, reliability, and comfort elements that electric vehicle owners need most are brought together under one roof in this project.

The first premium stations activated at Karbey Dinlenme Tesisleri provide up to 400 kW of power in the initial phase, allowing vehicles to charge quickly. The system is planned to reach a much higher fast-charging capacity of 480 kW per socket and 720 kW in total in a short time. Thanks to a total of eight high-tech charging sockets at each location, eight different electric vehicles can charge simultaneously and uninterruptedly. Thus, potential queueing issues, especially during peak travel periods, are largely eliminated. This high power capacity stands out as a critical technological move that significantly facilitates daily use and long journeys for electric vehicles.

The service of these premium charging stations is not limited to a specific brand's vehicles; on the contrary, all electric vehicle owners can benefit from this equipment. However, the system works fully integrated with Mercedes-Benz's Electric Intelligence navigation technology, providing extra convenience for the brand's users. Latest models such as the new CLA, GLB, and GLC are systematically directed to the most suitable En Yakıt station along their routes. Thanks to this integration, drivers can efficiently address their charging needs while planning their routes. In addition to all this, the stations have an aesthetic structure that appeals to the eye, with canopies, brand walls, and spacious social areas specifically designed for Mercedes-Benz.

En Yakıt aims to spread this premium service concept to all corners of Türkiye within the next two years, not limiting this investment to just one region. Approximately forty new stations are planned to be activated in strategic regions with the heaviest electric vehicle traffic, such as Ankara, Bodrum, Bolu, Adana, Çeşme, and İstanbul. Specifically for the project, it is also aimed to activate more than 140 charging sockets across Türkiye in reference to Mercedes-Benz's 140th anniversary celebrations. This expansion plan demonstrates the company's long-term and decisive investment in the country's electric mobility ecosystem. This network infrastructure, envisioned on a national rather than regional scale, will further popularize intercity electric vehicle travel.

The number of electric vehicles in Türkiye exceeding 440 thousand underscores a rapidly developing and growing market, which further increases the importance of robust charging infrastructures. En Yakıt İcra Kurulu Başkanı Özcan Akcan stated that this project carried out with Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv is a visionary step focusing on the user experience. According to Akcan's statements, the company is transforming the service it offers from an ordinary charging process into a next-generation experience with the philosophy of 'a journey to comfortable freedom.' The goal of creating reliable and enjoyable travel rest areas that make drivers' lives easier is highlighted. These steps, aimed at shaping the future of electrification, will undoubtedly give great momentum to the transformation of Türkiye's automotive sector.
