Estonian Foreign Minister: Trump's negotiations with Moscow have de facto failed

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna stated that US President Donald Trump's negotiation initiatives with Russia have "de facto failed." Making this assessment in an interview with RND (RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland), Tsahkna expressed that the Kremlin administration can no longer achieve the desired results in its foreign policy maneuvers. This statement indicates that the strategy pursued by the West against Russia has begun to yield its first concrete results.
