Handcuffs for a Lawyer in Güney Kıbrıs: Harassment Allegation Against a 19-Year-Old at the YKAN Office

A scandalous incident at the YKAN (Uyuşturucu Madde Kontrolü Birimi) offices in Güney Kıbrıs resulted in the detention of a lawyer.
