Unlike previous bond auctions, the fact that no upper limit has been determined in this new process draws attention, and this situation allows current bondholders to easily rotate their investments and turn to new bonds. The government shapes its financial strategy around the confidence the local people have in the system. The economic administration states that the commercial and fiscal surpluses in the country, as well as the increasing reserves of the Central Bank, made this new financial maneuver possible.

Federico Furiase, Finance Secretary who made statements regarding the government's economic strategy, stated that this step demonstrates Argentina's determination to develop its local capital markets.
