From the Russian Foreign Ministry to the EU: Dialogue Impossible if Our Security Interests are Ignored

Officials from the Russian Foreign Ministry have clearly outlined the fundamental conditions for any potential dialogue with the European Union. In statements made by Deputy Minister Mikhail Galuzin, it was emphasized that cooperation would be impossible unless the EU changes its stance. It was specifically noted that Moscow's core security interests must be taken into consideration by Europe.
