Serbia Parliamentary Committee: Resignations of REM Council Members Have No Legal Validity

In the statements made by Milica Nikolić, it was stated that the Culture and Information Committee requested a specific interpretation of the law. The request in question focuses on how the 4th paragraph of Article 18 of the Electronic Media Law should be understood. Nikolić emphasized that the relevant article of the law regulates how and when the resignations of members will become valid.
