Vehicle Carrying Arab Tourists Crashes in Trabzon: 7 Injured

The traffic accident that occurred during the noon hours in Taşkıran Mahallesi, Trabzon, caused moments of concern for the citizens in the area. A vehicle, whose driver allegedly lost control for an undetermined reason, crashed into another vehicle parked by the side of the road. Authorities have reported that the individuals involved in the accident were Arab-national tourists from the same family. Upon sensitive citizens nearby immediately calling 112 Emergency Service teams, numerous medical teams were dispatched to the area. The teams, arriving swiftly at the scene, administered first aid to the injured at the site to prevent life-threatening conditions.

The identities of the individuals affected and injured in the accident were determined by medical teams. Among the injured are 52-year-old Aziz Ahmed Alyami and 22-year-old Wad Aziz. Additionally, 58-year-old Khadijah Abas, along with 9-year-old Saud Aziz and 12-year-old Majed Aziz, were also affected by the accident. Furthermore, it was reported that 18-year-old Raghad Majed and 15-year-old Rashed Aziz Alyami were injured. Authorities confirmed that all the injured are members of the same family and were traveling as tourists visiting the region.

After assessing the conditions of the injured tourists, medical teams decided to transfer them to the nearest healthcare facilities via ambulances. All the injured were dispatched to Of Devlet Hastanesi to receive healthcare services in the area. It was learned that among the injured taken to the hospital, Kadjah Abas Alyami's health condition is extremely critical. Authorities informed that doctors are making intensive efforts for Alyami and that they are in a life-threatening condition. The other injured are continuing their treatment at the hospital, and their general conditions are considered to be stable.

Following the incident, a large number of police and security teams were dispatched to the area, and a large-scale investigation was launched regarding the accident. Security forces increased security measures around the Taşkıran Mahallesi Merkez Camii, where the accident occurred, to regulate traffic flow. Police teams conducting a detailed investigation into the accident aimed to understand the dynamics of the incident by taking the vehicle driver's statement.
