Romania land registry and cadastre database completely deleted after ransom refusal

An attacker named Zakaria Mahdjoub, known as the dark web user ByteToBreach, breached the systems of the Romania National Agency.

After accessing the systems, the attacker demanded a ransom from the authorities. Upon the refusal of the demand, the hacker deliberately destroyed the agency's entire database.
