Minister Gürlek donated the 150 thousand lira he won from a moral compensation lawsuit to Kızılay

Minister Gürlek donated 150 thousand lira to Türk Kızılay through a statement on his social media account. Gürlek stated that he collected the amount in question as a result of a moral compensation lawsuit he filed due to unjust accusations directed at him.

In his post, he emphasized that Kızılay, with its deep-rooted history and its presence alongside those in need during times of crisis, is one of the greatest representatives of the Turkish nation's generosity. He offered his thanks to the institution's self-sacrificing workers and volunteers.

The Minister also stated that citizens can safely donate to Türk Kızılay and that every contribution will bring hope to someone in need. He added that they will continue to provide this support in the name of solidarity, compassion, and brotherhood.
