PIS/PASEP to be Paid in July in Brezilya: Payments Expected up to 1.621 Reale

The PIS/PASEP salary bonus payments, based on the year 2024 by the Brezilya government, continue in accordance with the official schedule in Temmuz 2026. Within this month, a new group of workers begins to gain access to the payments they are entitled to under the determined program rules. The mentioned payment can reach up to a value of 1.621 Brezilya Reali according to the program, offering an additional income support to employees. The amount to be paid is calculated proportionally to the official registered working period during the relevant timeframe. Thus, individuals who meet the criteria set by the program and have been employed for a certain period benefit from the financial support. The system operates as a mechanism aimed at allowing workers to receive at least a small compensation for the effort they put in throughout the year.

The payment schedule is based on a phased ranking determined by the employees' birth months. Accordingly, the payments for workers born in Ocak and Şubat were released in Şubat and Mart. Those born in Mart, Nisan, Mayıs, and Haziran were able to withdraw their money by utilizing their entitlements in Nisan and Mayıs. The payments for employees born in Temmuz and Ağustos were also made available as of 15 Haziran. In Temmuz, the turn comes for workers born in Eylül and Ekim, and this group will be able to receive their payments starting from 15 Temmuz. In the final stage of the schedule, payments for workers born in Kasım and Aralık are planned to be released on 15 Ağustos.

The PIS and PASEP programs operate separately in terms of their target audiences and the managing institutions. In the private sector, PIS payments are made to individuals working under the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) regime, and this process is managed by Caixa Econômica Federal. Civil servants serving in the public sector are evaluated under Pasep, and these payments are carried out via Banco do Brasil. Private sector workers can access their funds via the Caixa Tem application offered by Caixa Econômica Federal, as well as withdraw them in cash using their Social Card at lottery houses (official dealers). Public employees under Pasep, on the other hand, can go to Banco do Brasil branches, as well as transfer their payments to their own accounts via fast transfer methods such as TED or PIX.
