Statement from detained Haluk Levent: 'Wait for the real bomb'

AHBAP Association President and artist Haluk Levent was detained on charges of 'money laundering of assets stemming from crime', 'organization membership', and 'opposition to the Associations Law'. In a statement made on his social media account, he claimed that personal debt-credit relationships were being attempted to be associated with the association, stating that this was absolutely off-topic.

Levent stated that he messaged Interior Deputy Minister Bülent Turan the evening before his detention. He demanded that all processes from the earthquake period to the present be urgently audited and shared with the public. He reported that he continued to message Turan every day for 15 days following this process.

Arguing that revealing the truth will take time but their righteousness will be certified, Levent announced that he will share everything about the beginning of the process with his upcoming statements in the following days. Claiming that his statements will cause great astonishment, he used the expression, "Wait for the real bomb."
