Kuwait negotiating broad defense pact with Pakistan in exchange for oil

According to information obtained by Reuters, Pakistan and Kuwait are in talks for a comprehensive defense agreement.

According to five different sources, under this agreement, Kuwait will secure military protection (nuclear umbrella), including Pakistan's nuclear capability.
