Mexico's Dos Bocas refinery operates at only 42 percent of its capacity

According to data from Mexico's national oil company Pemex, the Dos Bocas Refinery produced 144 thousand 400 barrels of oil per day in May.

This figure corresponds to about 42 percent of the facility's designed daily production capacity of 340 thousand barrels.
