Epic Games appeals Apple's request to delay App Store commission lawsuit

Epic Games has filed a formal objection against Apple's request to temporarily halt lower court proceedings regarding App Store commission rates.

Apple is asking for the proceedings to be suspended while it waits for a part of the case to be reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court.
