Italy Extends Suspension of Schengen Border Controls with Spain

Italy has extended the suspension of internal border controls under the Schengen Agreement with Spain.

This suspension was due to expire on Monday at the start of the week. The Schengen Agreement was signed on June 14, 1985, and abolished internal border controls between member states.
