17-Year-Old Suspect Who Killed Elderly Woman for Her Nose in India Taken Into Custody

A 17-year-old suspect has been taken into custody in a brutal murder that took place in the Palakkad district of Kerala state, India.

The suspect is reported to have killed an elderly woman by striking her on the head in order to steal a nose ring (mukuthi).
