The Military Firefighters Corps (CBM RR), located in the Brezilya state of Roraima, has published the official announcement for the recruitment of 300 new personnel for the public sector. This opportunity includes candidates who will start work immediately and the creation of a reserve personnel list to be evaluated for future needs. The open positions are divided into two: the 'Er' (Soldado) rank, which requires a high school diploma, and the 'Subay Adayı' (Cadete/Oficial) rank, which requires a higher education degree. Applications have started to be received electronically through the website of the official examination centers called IDECAN. However, for experienced personnel who are promoted to the officer rank or advance in their career steps, this salary amount can go up to 13.817 Reale. This competitive salary scale increases the attractiveness of the position, paving the way for a large number of people to participate. In addition, candidates who are not selected but pass the score threshold will be included in a reserve list (cadastro de reserva) system that will be valid for periods when the institution may need them.

Candidates are required to meet certain physical and educational conditions in order to participate in these exams.
