Following these painful events, she had to move back to her father's house to live with her uncle Otto, but her uncle did not look favorably upon her dreams of becoming an actress. After being diagnosed with breast cancer in 1975, her health began to deteriorate seriously, but she never completely gave up on art and acting. She had her final acting experience in the 1982 television film Golda adlı bir kadın, and with this performance, she won both Emmy and Golden Globe awards.
