Suspects detained in the operation against İzmit Belediyesi passed health check

As part of an investigation conducted by the İstanbul Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı, a large-scale operation was carried out against the İzmit Belediyesi. As a result of the operation, numerous suspects were detained and official procedures were initiated.

Among the detained suspects are the Mayor of İzmit, Fatma Kaplan Hürriyet, and her spouse Murat Hürriyet. The suspects were referred to a hospital for a health check before their procedures at the police department.
