Justin and Hailey Bieber purchased a luxury apartment worth 12 million dollars (approximately 400 million Thai Baht) in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. Located on Leroy Street, this residence has gone on record as the celebrity couple's first official real estate investment on the East Coast. The couple currently primarily lives in Los Angeles.

The apartment in question is part of a project developed by the Ian Schrager Company and designed by the renowned architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron. The previous owner was real estate developer Steven Brauser, who purchased the property in 2018 for 10.5 million dollars. The approximately 2,800-square-meter apartment draws attention with its four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and Hudson River views.

Inside the apartment, one room has been transformed by the Interior Marketing Group into a children's room covered with chalkboards, where the couple's son, Jack Blues Bieber, can develop his creativity. Building residents can enjoy numerous luxury amenities such as a 70-foot indoor swimming pool, fitness center, spa, game room, and private parking. It is reported that many famous names, including Ben Stiller, Daniel Radcliffe, and Sarah Jessica Parker, also own apartments in the building.
