Elsa Jazmín González Elected as Comptroller General of Bucaramanga

Following months of delays in the city of Bucaramanga, Elsa Jazmín González was appointed as the new Municipal Comptroller (Contraloría).

In the vote held by the 19-member city council, González was elected to the position with the support of 16 votes.
