Amendment to Poland's Legal Profession Act on the parliamentary agenda

The Polish parliament (Sejm) will reconsider the amendment proposal to the Legal Profession Act (Prawo o adwokaturze) on 15 July.

In June, the Justice and Human Rights Committee decided to remove the provision from the draft that would have allowed lawyers to be exempt from court notifications and hearings for 20 days per year.
