Paramount Skydance Seeks Hearing to Save Merger with Warner

Paramount Skydance has requested a federal hearing in the US to save a massive 110 billion dollar merger deal with Warner Bros.

Discovery. The company argues that the lawsuit filed by 12 states, primarily California and New York, imposes an extreme and unusual restriction without granting them a fair chance to defend themselves.
