Kenya High Court Rejects Correct PIN Defense in SIM Swap Fraud

The Kenya High Court ruled in favor of the victim from whom 4.42 million KES (Kenyan shillings) was stolen as a result of SIM swap fraud.

The court ruled that the SIM owner's use of the correct PIN does not absolve the bank and the operator of their responsibility.
