Portuguese tattoo artist tattoos Lisbon on Teddy Swims' leg after NOS Alive

Portuguese tattoo artist Clife Patachao reached out to American singer Teddy Swims via Instagram about two years ago, inviting him to get a tattoo.

The famous singer, who was not in Europe at the time, welcomed the offer, but the appointment could not be scheduled then.
