CHP Deputy Chairman's drunk driving accident and 'no public damage' defense sparked controversy

Manisa's Şehzadeler district, CHP Deputy Mayor Halil Emre Esenkaya's drunken traffic accident in an official vehicle owned by the municipality has become one of the hottest items on the local agenda.
