Former journalist and printer Ahmet Hakan Dönmez passes away in Kütahya

Ahmet Hakan Dönmez, a 58-year-old former newspaper publisher and printer from Kütahya, passed away in a hospital in Gediz ilçesinde where he was taken after falling ill. Having worked as a printer for many years under the name Tekin Ofset in Nur İşhanı on Cumhuriyet Caddesi, Dönmez also published the weekly Tellal Gazetesi for a while. After suddenly feeling unwell, he was taken by his relatives to Gediz Devlet Hastanesine and admitted to the intensive care unit. Dönmez, who was known to be receiving treatment for various ailments recently, lost his life despite doctors' efforts. Married and father of 4, Dönmez will be buried in the ilçe mezarlığına following the funeral prayer to be held at noon tomorrow (Thursday) at Gediz Ulu Cami'de.
