Mardin 1969 Spor starts new season camp in Bolu

Mardin 1969 Spor has entered a camp in the Gerede district of Bolu as part of their new season preparations. The red-and-blue team started their work by staying at a hotel located in the Esentepe area. Under the management of Technical Director Ahmet Cingöz, the team held their first training session, aiming to reach the best level physically and tactically before the new season. During the camp, the players will train twice a day and will be ready for the season with fitness and strength exercises.

30 footballers attended the first training, which lasted approximately 1.5 hours. The training, which started with warm-up exercises and straight running, continued with fitness, station, and strength exercises after the open-to-press section. The technical staff is closely monitoring the players' performance and trying to eliminate their shortcomings. It is emphasized that this camp is of great importance for the success the team targets in the new season.

Mardin 1969 Spor will continue its preparations at the Gerede camp until 10 Temmuz. During this period, various drills will be applied to increase the players' endurance and improve team play. Technical director Ahmet Cingöz stated that the camp is productive and the players are eager.
