Illegal betting operation against Turuncu Holding: Trustees appointed to 25 companies

Within the scope of the investigation conducted by the İstanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was alleged that Turuncu Holding AŞ laundered illegal betting and fraud revenues. As part of the investigation, a detention order was issued for 25 suspects related to the matter and an operation was launched.

As part of the operation, trustees were appointed to Turuncu Holding and 25 companies affiliated with the company, and numerous digital materials were seized. With the seizure of the management of the companies alleged to have laundered betting and fraud revenues, it is aimed for the process to be carried out by judicial authorities.

Authorities reported that examinations on the digital materials and the investigation are ongoing. The interrogation of the suspects and new developments regarding the incident are expected to emerge in the coming days.
