Russia caused 27 deaths in an air strike around Kiev

Russia launched a series of air strikes targeting Ukrayna'nın logistics centers, ammunition and fuel depots, and port facilities.

The strikes were directed at targets around Kiev during nighttime hours. Rusya Savunma Bakanlığı announced that these logistics and fuel facilities were hit during the night.
