Colombia Overturns 'Total Peace' Policy, Ends Dialogue with 3 Armed Groups

Colombia's new President Abelardo de la Espriella has officially overturned former President Gustavo Petro's 'Total Peace' strategy.

The government signed three separate resolutions to close peace tables with three different armed groups.
