Russian Foreign Ministry: Ready for Unconditional Peace Talks with Ukraine

The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the country is ready to hold peace talks with Ukraine without preconditions.

The Ministry spokesperson noted that Moscow is also working on a proposal to hold a new meeting in 2026 in the Normandy format (Russia, Ukraine, France, Germany).
