European Union imposes sanctions on Medinskiy and Degtyaryov with its 21st sanctions package

The European Union has expanded the scope of sanctions against Russia by putting its 21st package into effect.

According to official documents published by the EU Council in Brussels, this new package includes a total of 48 individuals.
