Trump abandons Strait of Hormuz transit fee, US restarts blockade of Iranian ports

US President Donald Trump has abandoned his proposal for a 20% transit fee on all cargo passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

Following this decision, the US has reinstated the blockade on Iranian ports.
