Autobahn accident in Germany: 13-year-old child killed, four people seriously injured

In a traffic accident that occurred on the A3 autobahn near the city of Passau in Germany, in the direction of Austria, a 13-year-old girl lost her life. Four people in the vehicle were seriously injured at the scene and taken to surrounding hospitals. The reason why the vehicle went off the road and rolled down the embankment could not yet be determined.

The police announced that a gray sports car was present at the scene at the time of the accident. Authorities are investigating the vehicle in question on the possibility that it might be connected to the accident. It was reported that the sports car, understood not to be involved in the accident, moved towards Austria after the incident.

Witnesses to the incident were called to provide information to the authorities. The police launched a large-scale search operation, including a police helicopter, to find the fleeing vehicle. The road in the direction of Austria at the Passau-Süd junction was closed to traffic due to investigations.
