Car and Motorcycle Collide at Mall Entrance in Bodrum: 1 Injured

A serious traffic accident occurred on Kıbrıs Şehitleri Caddesi, considered one of the busiest and densest routes in Muğla's Bodrum district. According to initial information and accident reports, the driver of an automobile with license plate 55 AR 5XX, while continuing his normal course on the avenue, suddenly made a sharp maneuver to the right lane to enter a shopping mall. During this sudden and unexpected turn maneuver, a motorcycle with license plate 34 H NY5XX, proceeding in the same direction, collided with the left rear door of the maneuvering automobile. Due to the impact of the collision, the motorcycle's driver E.A. lost his balance and was thrown violently onto the road, resulting in injury, and the incident was reported with the help of citizens.

Immediately following the accident, local shopkeepers and citizens rushed to the aid of the injured driver in a state of great panic and commotion. In the critical time until the health teams arrived, citizens worked to keep the injured person conscious and calmly provided initial aid, reporting the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. The injured driver was taken to Bodrum Devlet Hastanesi by ambulance after initial treatment by the 112 Acil Sağlık teams dispatched to the scene. Despite the interventions, it was learned that detailed checks and examinations would be performed at the hospital to clarify the injured person's health condition, and it was determined that material damage also occurred in the accident.
