During the meeting, many important figures such as presidential advisors R.D. Chandrashekar and B.J.P. Raju, general secretary L.D. Paul, Srinivas Yadav, and Nagesh served on the union delegation. On behalf of the company, Sreeram and Shivkumar from the management level, as well as general manager Piyush Shrivastav who chaired the meeting, attended and recorded the demands. At the end of the meeting, both parties reached a consensus that continuous dialogue and mutual understanding are essential to overcome the commercial and operational challenges encountered. It was stated that a constructive approach was displayed regarding the protection of workers' rights and the balancing of the company's commercial interests.
