Hotel Investments in Greece Reached 1.5 Billion Euros in 2025 with a 50 Percent Increase

Hotel investments in Greece gained significant momentum in 2025, increasing by 50 percent. It was reported that the total investment volume directed towards the sector reached 1.5 billion Euros.

Sustainability projects continue to constitute a large portion of these investments. It is stated that investments such as green transformation and eco-friendly practices make up approximately 26 percent of the total volume.
