Storms and precipitation decreased in Switzerland at the beginning of summer due to an anticyclone

MétéoSuisse data confirms that an exceptionally low number of storms were recorded in Switzerland during this summer period.

The number of lightning strikes between 1 April and 12 July dropped to its lowest level since 2015 for the same period.
