New York Times: Israel planned to use former Iranian President Ahmedinejad

According to The New York Times, Israeli intelligence tried for years to use former Iranian President Mahmud Ahmedinejad for regime change.

It was claimed that the then head of Mossad, David Barnea, personally went to Budapest in 2024 and met with Ahmedinejad.
